I developed a rash on my face randomly for the past couple of weeks. Yesterday I did three things:

1. Added iodine to a small cup of water in the morning
2. Put pure beef tallow directly on the rash; wore it all day
3. Took two high quality fish oil pills for Omega 3

Woke up with no rash. It's like I never even had it.
