There's a government insider who was supposedly the director of a pentagon UFO program and he resigned over them not sharing the truth. Turns out the resignation letter he made public wasn't the actual letter. And turns out that the pentagon found out a program was pissing away tens of millions of dollars on werewolves so closed the program but the individuals kept on it in an unofficial, unfunded, spare time capacity. THAT is what he directed lol
