What you’re telling me is you’re having difficulty competing with large companies for talent. I would take a look at the unfair advantages large corporations have with taxes, corporate welfare and anti competitive practices.
Unions actually benefit large companies because it holds their talent captive. This ensures the monopoly entrenches itself in the market, as their employees work only for them. Why work for a smaller company that won’t give any benefits and pay substandard wages? The union employees are actually complicit in the monopoly and anti-competitive landscape, and enjoy a higher standard of living because of it.
