i have to wonder if there was a silent shift in management at nintendo, them issuing a 3DS update to purposefully break homebrew stuff seems odd

before they'd issue 3DS updates, but they wouldn't target homebrew stuff, it just accidentally breaks them

oh and of course they've been hellishly using the DMCA in the past couple weeks over tools used for emulation, which is always fun
