My Swedish friend said I shouldn’t have accepted the poor customer service.
I said, “She must need to feel powerful about trivial things to behave that way. She’s clearly having a bad day and living a worse life than me. I only have energy for righteous fights these days and that wasn’t one.”
On the other hand, SAS does seem to be on a downward spiral.
