tbh my best friend was in this same situation i was some years ago. Me and another friend advised him the same: quit your job. After a year and a half telling him that, he did. Was unemployed for a while and eventually found another job. Not much better than the previous, but at least he doesn't have to do 3 jobs on top of the one he was hired for.

As for what i want just an ok job where i don't have to pitch too many hours with ok pay. I want it so i can keep writing and drawing since it looks like nothing else can bring me joy or keep me entertained. The problem is that i don't know what to look for or how even get it. The government job seems like an ok option but it's extremely hard to get it. After all, gov employees here work 37 hours a week compared for the 60-70 i do right now
