#Jacksmith made the right move not charging Trump with inciting the mob on #j6 if he did it would give the defense an opportunity to classify the charges as an attack on the 1st amendment and his rights in free speech. Even if the charge made it to trial it is more than likely he would've been acquitted on it. Want Trump out of power then vote blue in 2024 and beyond. If we fail then the 250 year experiment ends democracy dies and will never come back again. Most democracies don't last that long we are among the lucky ones and nearly lost it in 2020 and are one election from losing it if we make the same mistake we made in 2016. #uspolitics
