No country is perfect, but Switzerland is based. Neutrality is based. Maybe not every country should be neutral, but having at least one country in Europe which is neutral is nice.

Also make the EU a confederation again. It shall not become a single country.

(Note that Switzerland, while neutral, does have agreements with other countries and the EU. It's also part of the European Council. This is fine).
