1. just posted a Charlie Brown toot. about his dog Snoopy. and in which I cited fact he was a Beagle
2. step awaya bit
3. come back. hit refesh
4. top of my incoming feed: somebody tooted a pic of their dog. a Beagle. and with the #beagle hashtag
5. WTAF?
6. note I was not observing that hashtag, nor do I follow that hashtag
