I've read this before but it's so difficult to rule out things and like you said I hate to think I can't go eat a McDonald's cheeseburger without feeling crummy afterward. Yes I know the consequences of what I just said. But I like moderation instead. Everyone is going to die of something. As a Christian I know exactly where I am going and it is good. That said I'm in no hurry right now. I like my life and as long as I am conscious of it, I like McDonalds cheeseburgers OCCASIONALLY and mayo LOL. It's good to know stuff but I also don't think you shold stress over that knowledge and worrying about following it to a "T" also. That's just me talking but thanks for the tip 😃
