This week i’m diving back into Stanley Ginsberg’s book, “The Rye Baker.” I started my sponge last night, and today i’m baking a pair of Old Milwaukee Rye loaves — a sweet, spicy rye good for pairing with cheddar and various meats i don’t eat, haha.
