In a few hours, at low tide, you'll be able to walk through these rocks easily without getting your feet wet. The sand may still be a bit squishy, but you won't be wading.

That's what I love about the ocean: it's dynamic and changing, but on a generally predictable basis, in conjunction with the tides.

There's a dependability about it that is missing from the human-run arena.
