First day since Dec. 14, 2023 that I'm not in pain. I know people live with constant pain 24/7/365 and I have no idea how they manage.

I feel fragile, like the wrong move will bring it all back, which is probably true, but I'm taking it super easy.

Before I even told my spouse that there was no pain, he said, you seem so happy. Indeed I was and am. Knock on wood.
