Yesterday's #MARCHintosh was expensive. If you know the blown capacitor smell, I needed to get that out of the house, so I opened up a window and turned on the attic fan.

Apparently I didn't have enough windows open, so air was pulled in through a chimney and caused my furnace to shut off.

Not realizing yet what had happened, I called our plumber to come out and sort the lack of heat I discovered this morning. One diagnostic fee later... (sigh)
