JFC violent crime in this city is out of control.
Intense video of a gun battle that broke out on November 12th on one of the busiest freeways in Houston after a carjacking suspect crashed into several vehicles and refused to surrender. An officer was shot in the leg and had to be rescued & hospitalized. The perp was killed in the shootout.
