I'm mostly a linear pantser, although I try to have some ideas - specific or general - about where the story is going. I've tried outlining but haven't been too successful with it. I think if I could keep to an outline, I might be more inclined to write nonlinearly.

I also want to try a project idea that's been in my head for a few years. It involves creating a full-length novel by editing three original sentences (being the beginning, middle, and end of the story).
