Roughing things up a bit. Part of the motivation for joining this sailing & art residency was to get pushed out of my habitual ways of working. This is perhaps only half-way there - drawing using bits of broken reed stem, sticks, and a feather, all picked up on the shore. Working quickly, and in a larger than usual sketchbook (the double page spread is 22.5x7.5 inches).
