Eventually, everyone that plants rhubarb has to ask, "what the hell am I going to do with all of this rhubarb?" So we're trying a few new things. Rhubarb shrub (drinking vinegar) and rhubarb ice cream. Both seem to be viable options to add to the recipe rotation. #gardening
