So I finally got an email from Office Depot and may have found the issue. They shipped it to the wrong address. I checked my account and the address is right, but the address that they shipped it to was wrong. That address doesn't actually exist, but the UPS guy much have just found someplace that was close enough. Stay tuned to see how Office Depot solves this problem.
