It's great that we're spending billions on housing sure

But is this just going to be funneled to the same few companies who will take a bunch of farmer's fields and turn them into suburbs that are only accessible by car?

Will all this money just get turned into more luxury condos that then get turned into Airbnb nightmare hotels for people to burn alive inside like they did in the Montreal Old Port?

I like to hope that somebody is preventing this from happening but ...
