Or they don't know how deep it goes. People can ask questions to get a better understanding on a subject they never really paid attention to. Even my diabetic family member watched the video and ask the same question. Instead of being condescending, just answer the question. Not everyone knows.

Now I did look up the difference after your comment and although there hasn't been any evidence diets can repair the body's ability to produce insulin, there are new methods that may make it possible to help alongside diet.

Anyways, just answer the question and don't assume everyone knows about diabetes. This is why I am asking the doctor and not you. He made the video and I wanted to learn more of his connection with his theory.
