' it's a pipeline that #Bulgaria built with its own taxpayers money. It’s 480 kilometres long, and it it brings gas to #Serbia, a staunch #Kremlin supporter in the #Balkans. Bulgaria doesn't receive anything from building this pipeline. And it's, I think, it's spent about between one and 2 billion euros, which is an enormous amount of taxpayers money, and Bulgaria doesn't seem to benefit from this. And #Russia does. So why would the Bulgarian government do this? They still haven't explained.'
