Tuning the scoring mechanism of #asknostr web ui. It's currently very basic/simple (which is good) but playing with some ideas to further improve the scoring

- Boost OP zaps/reactions
- Find a way to classify reactions 👍🏻 should score better than a 🐐 reaction
- Bookmarks lists (kind 10003) might be a great signal that an answer is worth it. Perhaps also to indicate good questions?

Any other things I should explore to improve the ranking of answers?
