I'm using Keyboard Maestro to replace the Command+Tab application switcher, which I've used so many millions of times that it's starting to cause wrist and arm pain.
Instead I'm using KM's own application switcher, invoked by a double-tap on the §/± key. Good thing about KM is that I can also tell it to flash up a message saying "Nope" every time I hit Command+Tab by mistake. That's helping me to unlearn.
