I'm really upset at the proliferation of drugs my Dad has been prescribed in the hospital. It's not even clear why he is on some of them, and no one doctor seems to have a complete picture, or the time to explain what is going on. I feel like it is falling on me and my brother to ask questions and advocate for him. We can google with the best of them, but we aren't medical professionals. It's made worse because he is a smart man and actually wants to understand what he is taking and why.
