Trying cold water on my face would be a good start. I think that I have pretty good skin already, although from time to time I do get keratosis pilaris on my shoulder. I read hot water can aggravate that. I’ve been managing it pretty well with Eucerin .
Thank you for kind words about my posts. I could be wrong though since I am still learning about Nostr. I just voice my observations and hopefully people will engage and share their opinions, so I can learn.
