I did 30 minutes of arm/upper body weights this morning--lots of shoulder, biceps, tricep work--followed by 20 minutes of my favorite yoga routine (w/crow x 2).
I need to finish the draft of the doc I've been working on this week before I can't lift my fingers to type.
