Oh man this rings very true. The numbers that say the economy is going great, is not reflecting the lives of the working classes.

Just ask all the folks laid off in the #tech and #gamedev sectors. Their old employers are doing great - stock prices go up after layoffs.

Any party saying the economy is going great - isn't looking at the economic reality of people on the ground.
