1月28日，山东淄博。一家服装厂老板称，2023年给一家单位(淄博乾能铸造厂) 做了10万元的工作服，但对方迟迟未付款，老板前往单位后才得知对方已经破产，只能以物抵债。于是老板挑了一些轴承、消防栓等零件，最终仅卖了4000元。
去年11月这名老板的银行账户被冻结，并被告知需要把当初用来的抵债的零件再退给对方，于是她又花费1万元将那些零件又重新买回来退还给了对方。
老板哭着说：“我受不了了，我不知道我错在哪里，我为什么要被来回的割，我现在才知道中国的经济为什么这么差，为什么人民生活在水深火热之中”
