The only way this is illegal is if there's a pride flag underneath the wheels. People should start carrying them around so when they see crime happening they can quickly whip out the flag and get Progressives to care. If you ever see a white woman being raped, slip a pride flag under her and snap a photo. That's the only way the rapist goes to jail. Or if a black man shoots another black man, wrap a pride flag around the victim. That should do the trick.
