#WordWeavers 24Nov—Which two of the five senses do you describe the most in your book?
I evoke all of them throughout the story, but I tend to favor sight and sound.
My own sense of sound is quite strong (I'm actually sound sensitive), so I suppose it makes sense that I would favor it in my writing.
It also depends on the scene. Am I describing a landscape or an intimate scene? I evoke the senses—as well as the emotions of the POV character—as needed to put the reader in the moment.
