said notification is just sending `READY=1` to the datagram socked address in the `NOTIFY_SOCKET` env var
w-why is this a thing on libsystemd? you can just... tell applications to do that, it's not complex at the slightest
and this part of libsystemd doesn't even use liblzma it seems, so, ugh
