Yesterday I attempted to recreate the homemade Oreos I made a few weeks ago but this time using light brown sugar instead of dark brown sugar, and using black cocoa instead of King Arthur's double cocoa blend. They're crisper and taste exactly like an Oreo. Wild. (I think I like the softer dark brown sugar ones better though. These would be delicious if dunked in coffee. The experiment continues...) #food #baker
