Piccardy Place tram stop in Edinburgh, 4:15pm: the queue is waiting to catch a tram to Murrayfield Stadium for the Taylor Swift gig (doors opened at 4pm—it's on the other side of the city). The trams can carry 270 passengers. The queue visible is longer than the tram: they'll be lucky to get one within half an hour (they're running a peak hours service all afternoon and evening).
