I've released Phantasy Star Online Episode 3 Plus V2.4, which can be downloaded from https://ragol.org/ep3-downloads
This patch is mostly to fix the issue of all the new cards having placeholder images, now they will display their proper images in the small card art!
It will also automatically connect to https://ragol.org, since it is the only server which supports the extra content from Plus, and this also solves the Error 102 issue people have due to ISP
