The first time I went to my doc and mentioned tinnitus, she said, "Yup, that's a problem. You might want to join a support group." There were none locally so it's been 40 years and multiple hearing aids with my little friends whistling in my ears. This may be one of the few circumstances where it's truly "all in your head."
