I’m pretty sure, there’s a tremendous spike in my allergies about this time every year up here, and it’s when the sea of blackberries all around us goes full swing.
The problem with the allergy shots is that you have to get an allergy panel done by an allergy doctor, and the office staff won’t even book you unless you agree to stop taking all antihistamines for two weeks before the test. Because antihistamines will interfere with the test, see? Never mind that I can’t function a single day without antihistamines. So there’s that huge hassle, and now it’s covid, and that’s entirely too much bullshit for something that might help.
