I think I should stop watching war videos for a while.. I was trying to understand the situation on the ground from the view of the Ukrainian soldiers as much as possible but I have a feeling it's having an impact on my mind

Can't help them from here so I figured something like sharing the burden it makes it more fair but I guess that's dumb

It is soo freaking real over there, I cannot imagine what it does to those people if I see what it does to me on such a distance
