The system reports it's using 98% of the 4.84GBs, and you wonder why is a 20GB disk getting reported as ~5GB.
Finally, you just give up trying to get out of the quagmire of AWS volume, OCI plugin, sqlite temp requirements..etc., and just start deleting some old data.
