#WritingWonders 10: MC's most annoying character trait?
He asks questions, non-stop, and as fast as a humming bird can beat its wings. And the questions he asks are often difficult to answer. But the really annoying part is not the questions, or that the questions are often difficult, no, it's that the boy won't give you time between questions to answer, then he'll dead stop and stare at you, an empty glass just waiting to be filled. You can remember that last question, and maybe the second and third to last questions, but not the twelve or more that came before. Damn frustrating.
He once asked his third-grade school teacher, out of the blue, “Why are we here?” The teacher answered, “We’re here in school to learn.” And Joey said, “No, I mean why are we here on Earth.”
