Local relays are better because its faster.
For using bunkers a relay must have no rate limits because apps are spammy on signing events, specially decryption
Allow any keys because every new login you make to an app its creates a new key
Allow reading and writing ephemeral events

Basically use the default relay.nsec.app, something like citrine or a relay in you home pc/server
Ditto instances are a special case that needs to use they own relay eg ditto.pub needs ditto.pub/relay
