This IS scary. It will be interesting to see which side the ACLU takes. (I'm assuming there will be lawsuits, and civil liberties will come into play here) They protected the KKK, but have done NOTHING to protect women from censorship, clearly showing they are NOT impartial. If they refuse to stand up for Black conservatives, it will prove the ACLU is nothing more than a grandstanding profit-driven SCAM.

The Left knows that all it would take to destroy the Democratic Party is a handful of reasonable and moderate Black conservatives luring the Dem's voting base to the other side. Black conservatives should form their own political party. Just exactly how conservative ARE they, though? If they will protect women's rights, the environment, and Social Security, I would re-register today. And yes, it's possible they will take a moderate position on those issues because the public is fed up with the insanity at both extremes.

The Iowa Supreme Court just blocked an abortion ban that would have changed the limit of access from 20 weeks to 6 weeks. A conservative court just protected abortion rights. Permanently.

What I find MOST alarming about this conflict is that the fight is over access to VENUES, when the MEDIA should be covering emerging political groups so that the people have access to political OPTIONS. We rarely hear about alternative political parties or candidates until it's too late to rally up support for them.

The Left attacks conservatives for their oppressive policies, then prevents them from EVOLVING on those policies by LYING to the public about the true nature of the legislation they draft, and refusing to allow reasonable voices to be heard. We only hear from the Trumper crackpots and radical Lefty dingbats, depending on which corporations are sponsoring the network. MSNBC is as bad as Fox News. This political chaos benefits the media. They don't actually care who wins as long as the mess keeps people riveted to the news.

So much of this shit could be avoided if we reinstated the Fairness Doctrine, which would force the media to give equal airtime to each political party, without the censorship and "creative editing" favored by the networks.
