As I've been paying more attention to my ADHD, the things that impact my life the most are:
5) Boring things are _really_boring.
4) Rejection-sensitive disphoria.
3) Transitions — bedtime, morning, starting work, leaving the house. I don't hate them, I just avoid them.
2) Being being unfairly annoyed at people for interrupting me with their "schedules" and "plans" when I'm in hyperfocus
1) Putting something down, losing it 30 seconds later, taking 5 minutes to find it.
