dassauerkraut (npub1rp7…dylh) Hoss “Cyber Jester” Delgado (npub1scj…el3p) I don’t see a picture of the chain. But yes, making and repairing chain fucking sucks. It’s almost all done by hand. Mostly factories in Italy and China.
A lot of it is assembling a pattern of rings, then pulling the oversized ring chain through a draw plate that stretches it to final form.
Chain repairs are always trying to reverse engineer puzzle.
