Google tells me that prime time for radio is called drive time. Early morning or right after work. Rush hour, when people commute.

I can't really schedule that to be a good match for all time zones. There are two main time zones I'm concerned with: Central European Time and US Eastern Time. They're six hours apart, and nobody lives in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
