Take alpha brain
Do ice baths (you'll need some stuff for that, and the fucking space for your tub)
Hunt ... with a bow
Own at least three guns. AR, pistol, shotty ... can't own an AR in your state? Move, duh, it's easy!
Do ulta marathons
Train, 3x a year with Chris Costa and Haley
Shoot on your own range 3x times a week
Eat elk (you bow hunt, right?)
Go on a psychedelic trip at least once every other year
