Amazing painting of Jacob’s Ladder! Beautiful imagery of the ladder or possibly staircase from earth to heaven at Beth-El, or House of God, and the angels were ascending and descending on it (Gen 28:12). In John 1:51, Jesus says that He is that ladder, “Truly, truly, I say to you, you will see heaven opened up, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.” He is the bridge.
