#OTD 12 August 1708 Johann Nikolaus Irion died in Tuningen, Württemberg. Or is that really his death date? One of the adventures in old church records is interpreting dates that are not simple calendar dates. Johann died on 10 Trinitatis. Fortunately the internet makes this easier to look up than in the past. Family Search has this sort of information in the wiki pages. Johann is the ancestor of some of my cousins and is likely related to me, also. He was about age 58 when he died.
