Proposed Constitutional amendment:

Anybody who has ever, even once, enforced or supported locking people in their homes and shutting down the economy by force is now and forever ineligible from holding elected office.

They are either an authoritarian tyrant, or a weak-willed simp. In either case, they must not be allowed in a position of power over other humans.
