For Vin > 3.3V, you’d need at least an external pass transistor and inductor, but for Vout < 3.3V you could use the ADC without divider for feedback. For VIN <=7ish volts, you’d could use the STM32’s “5V-tolerant” IOs for synchronous rectification, saving you a diode or mosfet for the low side. For VIN <=3.3V, you’d could also use an IO instead of a pass transistor (at least for loads up to a few dozen or so milliamps)
